Review our upcoming trips calendar. Select the trip that best suits your personal scheduled and click in the REGISTER NOW button. Fill out the application form and submit it. You will receive an email confirmation with further instructions about the documentation required and the Registration Fee payment.
After your registration is completed, we will ask you to please complete the program fee. (If you can’t pay it all at once, ask for our installments agreement). Once you complete the program’s fee, you will be officially enrolled. (Changing dates is possible if you let us know in advance)
From the moment you register until your arrival, you are entitled to request virtual meetings to assist you in the application process (just contact us to scheduled one). By default, we always arrange 1 or 2 meetings with our volunteers to make sure they are at ease with their experience.
30 days before your trip: you will receive your briefing with relevant information about your trip (itinerary, educational materials, etc.). Also, 30 days before your trip is the deadline for the program’s fee payment. 15 days before your trip: deadline to send your travel information.
